I didnt say you were hurting when you wrote that piece, but it is obvious that your experiences were painful.

Plus, we cannot say, I am healing" if we weren't hurt.

I get everything you are saying, and to give you some perspective, I am 60, an ex-addict and an energy healing facilitator.

I am also a mother of a child "labeled" with a "mental disorder", however I do not and never did buy into a diagnosis by a group of men and women in white coats who push pills. So, there's that!
