I have some solutions. The first being turn off the TV, especially the news.

All they show is bad stuff.

The TV and many media outlets know that creating an "emotion" will get ya addicted.

All emotions are addicting.

Maybe it is the adrenaline that gets ya fired up when you see something that pisses you off.

Maybe sadness and disappointment become your friend because it is so familiar?

They call them channels for a reason and TV PROGRAMS.

It is constantly sending you subliminal messages- how to behave, who is good, who is bad, who is wrong, who is right.

You should hate THOSE people.

Divide and Conquer.

Then add-

DISEASE DISEASE DISEASE! Be afraid, be very afraid.

Fear breaks us down.

So now that you have more time on your hands because you eliminated the boob tube and negative publications, go do something that brings YOU JOY.

Start seeing the beauty in everything.

When I take a look "out there" and see what I see, instead of it getting me down, I see a system that doesn't work crumbling and this is good.

IT HAS TO in order to rebuild.

Some days I slip and take a peek at the "fucked upness" and it gets me- then I realize what I did. I gave the power to what is out there instead of what is within.

I can choose to create my inner world, I have no control of others.

I promise you when you start feeling peace, it begins to spread. People say- Hey I wanna be like "that guy"

Have a blessed day, because every one is a gift. You can even find joy in the fact that you are a mess, it means you care and that is a great start.
